Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our products. Kindly observe the following terms for our return policy:

1. Customers are allowed up to 14 days from the purchase date to return the bag for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition without any defects and the tag is still intact.
2. Should the screen get damaged, contact customer service for assistance.
3. Please be aware that all sales involving a discount are final and are only eligible exchange.

BROKEN SCREEN

If your screen gets damaged, you can send your bag in for a replacement screen for just $55.00. Please note, this fee covers screen replacement only and does not include any repairs to the leather or hardshell parts of the backpack.

BULK ORDERS
